Catching up though I have been following on FB. I know it doesn't seem like much, but four days is a lot in the hospital given that they will be waking you round the clock. You def should make sure your BP is stable before you go home, but you won't sleep well there. I couldn't wait to get out and I also had a c-section. You will do just fine. I loved my c-section. Buy some compression underwear. It will support your incision. Press a pillow on your abdomen if you need to cough or laugh. Make sure you move around. You don't want to overdo, but don't sit in bed all day. Best wishes to you and your little girl. I hope her lungs will look good and only have a minimum of NICU time!
