Made Creamy Garlic Chicken for dinner last night, except I coated the chicken with our preferred breadcrumb mix instead of just flour. It was delicious, and M raved about it, so it's going in the regular rotation. Made a box of Rice-a-roni rice pilaf that was accidentally added to one of my previous grocery pickups so I could get it out of the pantry, and while boring on its own, it was great with the garlic sauce over it.
I'm trying to find more non-pasta recipes to add to our dinner menu. We have eaten so much pasta lately, and I'm entirely sick of it.
There's an estate sale this weekend at the home of some sort of sewist, and there's mountains of fabric being cleared out. It's directly on my route home from work, so I think I'm going to check it out this afternoon. Tomorrow everything is apparently 50% off, but if it's anything like the last fabric-heavy estate sale I went to, then it will be a madhouse on Saturday. I saw some nice plaid taffetas in the web listing for the sale, and prices are crazy low already ($20 for full bolts of embroidered taffetas), so I feel optimistic about finding some good stuff.

Good luck at the sale. May the odds be ever in your favor.
