When I was reading up about what the heck it could be, migraine aura was at the top of the list. I didn't get a headache afterward, but I have been having headaches the past couple of days that 1000mg of acetaminophen barely touched, and I just read that the aura can sometimes show up after the actual migraine attack, so...~shrug~
