(no subject)

Wow, yesterday evening went downhill fast. The part the M ordered came in with visible damage on it, so it's completely unusable. Then, sometime between when I got home and when M left to pick up the part at the store, someone whanged the back of the Jeep while it was parked and left a giant dent in the bumper and broke the tail light. -_- Thankfully someone witnessed it (and took a pic of the plate), and it was the same Uhaul that clobbered a tree in the parking lot and knocked a big branch off of it. Assholes. We don't have collision insurance, so there's no point in making a claim, and now it's an expense we weren't anticipating. Then M got a text from his dentist that his dental insurance isn't covering his last crown, and we're out of pocket for $700. So yeah, shitty, expensive night.

I ended the evening with a massive nosebleed, and having to clean up a lake of cat pee, so that was fun. Nine more days of Mercury retrograde, let's hope we survive it.
