(no subject)

Went home for lunch as usual yesterday, and M begged me to stay home the rest of the day. He'd had a pile of projects dumped in his lap and was somewhat panicked about getting them all done. So, I called in and chilled with the baby for the rest of the day. She napped beautifully in the afternoon, and I had a passing thought about making the bodice mockup for the ballgown, but I ended up lounging on the couch and enjoying the quiet time instead. Started watching Agatha All Along, and am enjoying it.

Storms rolled in overnight, with some lovely thunder and lightning. I passed out before they really got going, but when I was up at 3 to change the baby, I got to revel in them a bit. 

I had hoped to get up early and get to the storage unit before work to fill the car with a load that I could drop off after work, but alas, that did not happen. I will try again tomorrow morning, if I can manage to get to bed at a decent hour tonight.
