A Good Day!

Today has just started, and it's already a good day.
I had my first dose of Covid vaccine this morning. I had to go to a clinic in BFE southside of town, but once I was there it went super fast. They were prioritizing Sheriff's Department employees, so I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The shot itself is given in the muscle of the arm like a flu shot, and I barely felt it. They had everyone sit for 15 minutes afterward to see if there were any adverse reactions (30 for those at high-risk), and then we were free to go.
I have my second dose at the beginning of February.
No side effects except that my arm feels a bit heavy and tired, but they told me that the more I move around the better it will feel, so I guess I'll do something productive today to keep the arm going.
In other good news - Georgia! One win, and one leading! BYE MITCH.
