(no subject)

Stopped by the apartment offices after work last night because they still hadn't updated our rental information. The woman I had spoken to had left early and hadn't done it, and the lone dude that was there didn't have access to the system to be able to change it, so hopefully they will do it today. The snafu was that the person that had copied my ID hadn't bothered to put that copy into our folder, so the person that was actually working our lease renewal thought we hadn't completed the renewal. AUGH. I'm so glad that I checked the resident portal early so that we can get this fixed before the old lease is officially over, but I won't really be relieved until this is all sorted.

Made a big pot of chili last night since it's been a bit cooler these past few days.

No sewing again. Had an absolute uterine explosion, and I was down for the count for the rest of the night. Blarg.

The post office marked my book as "delivered" at 10am yesterday. It was not, in fact, delivered. The post office's automated system is useless, and my wait time to speak to an agent was over half an hour. ~sigh~ Guess I'll swing by the post office on my way home.

Vacation officially starts at 4pm tomorrow, and I am ready.
