m_of_disguiseThe Peach Festival is next weekend! Hooray! I've been waiting months for peaches. We'll probably pick up a bushel of peaches again, and bake all the peach things. Excited!
Had a dream last night that I was crunching to get a gown finished in time for some event. It was a big plum purple bustle dress with a court train, and you know, good job Dream Brain, that dress looked pretty good. It was two days to the event and I hadn't even started the bodice yet, and I told whoever my sewing companion was that "that's fine, bodices are easy." Oh no, Dream Brain, that is not true. The rest of the dream was me trying to film the sunrise for a YouTube video and getting frustrated that the sun kept changing positions in the sky, which I'm sure has some subconscious meaning behind it. Hmm.
Blood test tomorrow to make sure the fetus isn't a lemon. Then it's to Dallas for a serger, and home for sewing shenanigans.
