m_of_disguiseI cut through a fancy neighborhood to get to work every morning, and there are always ducks roaming around because there's a pond hidden in there somewhere. This morning, I spotted two fluffy little yellow ducklings! Day made.
The county archives are having an open house on Thursday to show off their big new overhead scanner that they are very excited about, and it said "we're happy to provide a tour of the archives if you have time to stick around," which is such a funny thing to put into a county-wide invite. So yeah, of course I'm going to ask for a tour, because I love archives, have little actual work to do, and you are being all "please come visit the archives uwu."
I have been rewatching all of Bob's Burgers while the baby is around (because bright and colorful for her, funny for me) and their Thanksgiving episodes are making me hungry. The one I watched yesterday, Bob's menu included a baked brie with roasted pears, rosemary bread, sausage and chestnut stuff, and turkey. Can it be Fall yet? I need turkeys to go on sale. And chestnuts.
