m_of_disguiseTook the Peterson's skirt pattern into photoshop and played with it vs. my petticoat pattern and found the places that needed adjustment, which was simply adding 4 inches to the center front, and 10 inches to the center back. Wasn't able to make the adjustments to the pattern pieces last night, but I feel pretty confident about them turning out right.
The evening at home was fairly quiet. We had the last of the potato soup with some grilled cheese sandwiches for dinner, and M worked until very late, so I had to contend with a very sleepy baby that wanted to go to bed, but absolutely did not want to sleep on the couch with me. Finally was able to put her down at around 9, after which I showered and went to bed myself.
M seems to have had a restless night, because I could hear him coming and going from the bedroom several times. At one point he came in and it woke me up enough that he told me that he checked on the cars (we have to park them on the street right now because of towing company shenanigans) and discovered that the catalytic converted had been stolen from the Honda. -_- This was not a 1AM problem, so I went back to sleep.
I am really not feeling the Christmas vibe this year. It doesn't seem like anyone is really decorating (and a single inflatable snowman does not count), and I'm not even really hearing Christmas music anywhere? It's like no one got the memo this year. I blame the temperature, it was 77 degrees yesterday, it's hard to be festive when it's so warm and humid.
