m_of_disguiseM was finished with work before I actually got off work, so I didn't have to rush home yesterday. That gave me a chance to swing by the store and pick up a few things we needed, pick up my meds refill, and stop by the post office to check our mail. They recently stopped delivering to our complex because we've had so many mail thefts (half the mailboxes on the wall have been hacked open), so we have to go regularly now and pick up directly from the post office. Annoying, but whatever.
The baby hadn't napped all day, and was very cuddly and tired when I got home, so we snuggled on the couch and shared a bowl of peanuts for a snack. I made hamburgers for dinner and she went right to sleep afterward, which gave me a bit of time to myself. I was dead tired from a short night, so it was a bit of welcomed quiet.
Just before bed I finally managed to clear off the sewing table. M needed to use it first thing in the morning since he had to train a new hire, and it would be early enough that the baby would still be asleep so he couldn't use his office. At least it finally got me to clean the darned thing off completely.
Didn't have a chance to dig out the stays, but I did spend all day staring at other people's blogs about Elizabethan stuff. I looked back at my own draft entry on my blog about the stays, and it seems that I stopped about halfway through, so there's an entire side left to do. I'll try again to dig them out tonight.
