m_of_disguise Had my final post-surgery appointment today, and was given the all clear, so huzzah!
Because the appointment wasn't until 10, I actually got to sleep in on a work day! It was amazing, and much needed, since last night was another late night killing time downtown (saw the new How to Train Your Dragon movie, which was very enjoyable), so being able to make up the extra hours I've been missing this week felt great.
I have a long weekend coming up, too! We have some federal holiday on Monday, which means even more sleep! And I may get to actually enjoy a weekend, rather than having to spend the entire weekend catching up on chores and be totally exhausted by Sunday night. Now I can get chores done and have a day to relax. Huzzah!
Fingers crossed I can get the stays pattern tested, because I really need to get started on those.
